The approach to on site wellness with a group is a unique one. It’s all about tailoring a class to fit you and your groups individual needs. The goal of each class is to teach simple, yet effective stretching and movement techniques to help you gain a better understanding of not only how your body moves, but what it needs to do to move better.

Lunch and Learn
Bringing lunch in for the staff one day? Great! Let’s work together as we explore easy solutions for the everyday desk dweller, discussing the problem areas that everyone is suffering from. The result is healthy, happier bodies (and you win extra points for treating them to lunch and a show!).
Express Quick Fix Class
This shorter format class is all about learning simple movements and techniques that you can incorporate at any point during your day, utilizing the equipment you have in your work. This may include therapy ball work as well as some floor work, all designed to help reduce stress, tension and pain.
The Gold Standard
This 60 minute class incorporates therapy ball work, Yoga Tune Up® and LifeStretch to get you back on top of your work and life game. Focusing on the most common problems that plague you, the end result is less pain, increased energy and better movement throughout your day.
